"LEADERSHIP 2050: Laying the Foundation for the Future of Leadership Education and Development at Chapman (Volume 1 & 2)." 2021 Sabbatical Research Report. Issued a 40-page final report, with a 68-page set of supporting Appendices which reviewed the results of a comprehensive assessment of leadership education and development efforts around the country, at the peer institutions identified by the Chapman Office of Assessment, and within Chapman (alumni and current students). The report included the perspectives of numerous Chapman campus stakeholders (30 interviews with Deans and Associate Deans, program chairs, and donors among others), and reported on meetings of the combined (undergraduate + graduate) leadership faculty, in collaboration with the Office of Civic Engagement and Student Affairs, to explore ways to align all programs under a unified Chapman Leadership Framework. During the 2011-12 academic year, we hosted the 16th and 17th classes of OCLA, as well as a comprehensive 1-day Leadership Conference on campus for all OCLA alumni.
