MS in Real Estate

The MS in Real Estate program at Chapman University is designed for ambitious professionals seeking advanced expertise in real estate investment, development, and finance. With a curriculum that blends rigorous academics and real-world application, the MSRE program equips graduates with the tools, network, and strategic mindset to excel in today’s competitive real estate landscape.

Undergraduate Real Estate Education

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program through Chapman University's Argyros College of Business and Economics combines a liberal arts education with strong professional training in business. Students have the option to choose one or more emphases in business economics, entrepreneurship, finance, management, marketing, international business, and real estate.

Chapman Real Estate Association (CREA)

The Chapman Real Estate Association (CREA) connects students with industry leaders and career opportunities through networking events, company visits, and professional development workshops. Open to all majors, CREA gives students the chance to explore the many facets of real estate while building valuable connections that last beyond graduation.
