For Families of Graduating Students

Preparing for Graduation

Support your student as they approach this exciting milestone by staying informed about key graduation steps, deadlines, and resources.

Commencement:
- Celebrate your student’s achievements during Commencement Weekend, which includes personalized ceremonies and special university traditions. Learn about important dates, regalia, honor cords, stoles, announcements, and how students fulfill graduation requirements.

Career Support for New Graduates:
- Explore the Career and Professional Development Office, which continues to offer support after graduation, including access to Handshake and The Panther Network for job searches, career advising, and alumni networking opportunities.
Post-graduation plans:
