The Family of the Year award is a unique recognition opportunity that recognizes the dedication and involvement of current Chapman family members. Current students are invited to nominate a person or people who are deserving of this award. The award nominees and winner are invited to be recognized during Parent Spring Summit where the winner will be named.

Qualifications
The Family of the Year award does not discriminate against non-traditional households.
Nominees do not have to be former alumni or your legal guardian. Please take the time
to nominate the individual(s) who support you and your success.
Nomination Process
1. Nominations must be made and submitted by a current Chapman University student.
2. Complete the submission form including two short-form response questions.
3. Save the Date for Parent Spring Summit where the winner will be honored and recognized.

Selection Process
Nominations for the Chapman University Family of the Year award are reviewed by
the Office of Parent and Family Engagement.
Reviewers utilize a rubric to score nominations and select a winner.
