ยป Employment Statistics

Fowler School of Law reports employment statistics of its graduates under the rules set down by the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) and the American Bar Association (ABA).

Deciding to attend law school is a life-altering decision that requires in-depth research and careful consideration.  As you make this commitment, consider the number of variables that will affect your job search, including the state of the legal job market, the recruitment needs of different types of employers, the strength of your application materials, interviewing and networking skills, geographic flexibility, and practice area interests.  Based on so many variables, Chapman University Fowler School of Law cannot guarantee employment in a particular job by a set time.  However, you will not be alone in your job search—the Career Services Office is 100% committed to assisting you in your job search by providing individualized counseling and equipping you with the resources necessary to find the job of your dreams.

*Information on employment outcomes for the Class of 2020 may not reflect a particular law school’s typical results in this area. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, bar admission exams were canceled or delayed in many jurisdictions, thus making it more challenging for graduates to secure employment by the annual Graduate Employment Status Date of March 15. Please reference the 3 years of employment outcome data posted on the ABA Required Disclosures webpage of each ABA-Approved Law School or at www.abarequireddisclosures.org.
