William C. Manderson Adjunct Professor of Law Chapman University School of Law
Chris Manderson is a corporate associate in Paul Hastings' Orange County Office. Mr. Manderson regularly represents private equity funds, publicly-traded companies and privately-held companies on corporate transactions and securities matters. His sector experience includes healthcare, media, software and technology, forestry, financial services, sporting goods, banking, apparel, manufacturing and energy. Mr. Manderson received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2000 and his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1991. Between college and law school he lived in Japan and traveled extensively in Indonesia, Thailand, China and Nepal. He began his legal career with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Los Angeles and also worked for Sangra Moller LLP, a corporate and securities boutique in Vancouver, British Columbia which has been recognized as one of Canada's leading business law boutiques by Canadian Lawyer Magazine. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice as a barrister and solicitor in Canada. |
