» Report an Accessibility Need or Issue

Chapman University aims to create an environment that is accessible and welcoming to all. If you are having difficulty with accessibility in a digital or physical space, please use any of the methods below to provide us information so we can help:

Other Resources

Equal Opportunity and Diversity Officer

If you feel you are being discriminated against because of a disability or perception of disability, or are not sure about what action to take or how you may best obtain assistance, please contact Chapman University's Equal Opportunity and Diversity Officer to file a complaint.

Disability Services Office

Chapman University will make reasonable accommodations or program modifications as appropriate to remove any barriers that may exist for students with a disability. It is the disabled student’s responsibility to begin the reasonable accommodation discussion, and the University's responsibility to engage in a good-faith interaction with the student, so that both parties can cooperate to develop a reasonable accommodation. This is done through the Disability Services Office.

Facilities Management

If you encounter a physical barrier on Chapman University's Orange or Irvine campus, such as an inoperative elevator or wheelchair lift, a blocked access ramp, or a refusal to make a reasonable accommodation, please inform Facilities Management of those physical barriers as quickly as possible. To report issues to facilities contact them at facmgt@chapman.edu or (714) 997-6658.
