Chris Arledge is managing partner of One LLP, an intellectual property and entertainment law firm with offices in Orange County and Santa Monica. Chris specializes in copyright and trademark infringement actions and other business disputes involving the entertainment industry, and he and his firm regularly litigate for and against some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry. Chris teaches Taking and Defending Depositions and has previously taught the Art of Persuasion for Lawyers. He also regularly lectures on persuasion at some of the largest, most prestigious law firms in the country, including O’Melveny & Myers, Munger Tolles & Olsen, Jones Day, and others, and he has lectured on copyright and trademark law to the American Bar Association, business groups, artists’ organizations, and local bar associations. He has also taught constitutional law at California Baptist University, is a frequent speaker and debater on constitutional law issues, and regularly appears as a legal expert on talk radio programs. Chris graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Southern California Law School, he clerked for the Honorable Charles Wiggins of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and before leaving to found his current firm, he worked in the litigation department of O’Melveny & Myers. |
