Law School Names New Deans and Chair Positions

The School of Law announced the following dean appointments and chair positions during the 2007 summer break:

Professor Timothy Canova has been named the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Betty Hutton Williams Professor of International Economic Law. He replaces outgoing Associate Dean, Scott Howe, who will continue as the Frank L. Williams Professor of Criminal Law at Chapman.

Professor Celestine Richards McConville has been named Associate Dean of Administration and Henry Salvatori Professor of Law and Community Service. She replaces former Associate Dean John Eastman, who is now the Dean of the School of Law.

Professor Daniel B. Bogart has been named the Donley and Marjorie Bollinger Chair in Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Law.
