U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia visited Chapman University on Monday, August 29, 2005 to take part in a re-enactment of the famous 1905 Lochner v. State of New York case. He was joined by California Attorney General Bill Lockyer for the historical re-enactment.
