Instructions: Fill out the appropriate departmental application and save it to your computer. Then, upload the completed form in the space provided on The Common Application.

Important: The following departments require additional information along with the departmental application form such as supplemental essays, a department specific recommendation, an audition or even a short film. Please be sure you read the instructiosn for your specific department to make sure that you can fulfill all the necessary requirements.
