“This was an excellent program that had a big impact on the way I work with my direct reports. I was able to apply the techniques and principles immediately. I have already realized results with my section managers due to asking questions and listening – coaching is very powerful! The instructors were fantastic – very knowledgeable and excellent teachers. I will be sending my HR Business Partners to the spring program.” Lisa Arosteguy-Brown, OCTA
“The skills taught in this class are relatively simple to learn, yet have solid philosophical/academic backing. They are easy to start using almost immediately. What’s even more impressive, using the skills has made positive changes to people and organizations right away. I would strongly recommend this program to anyone.” Tom Weber, Sunrise Growers Frozsun Foods
“It was well planned and presented in a sequential and clear way that was applicable immediately in my own work environment.” Sharron Ribacchi, First Team Real Estate
“This program was very helpful in my professional and personal life. I have a new skill set and better understanding of coaching. Many topics we discussed (and practiced) in class created clarity for me and breakthrough moments.” Amber Bonasoro, Canaday Group
“This program made me realize that I didn’t ‘know it all’ when it comes to leadership and management. It has helped me to expand and improve my ability to lead my team and be effective as a leader in my company. I would recommend this class to anyone, personally or professionally, who wanted to improve their ability to relate to other people.” Mike Neilson, NMSDATA
“The skills learned in this class were invaluable. I have seen changes in my employees that I never thought possible.” Cassandra Clancy, Uline, Inc. “It has helped me to think more about the person I’m coaching, to work towards their agenda and let them reach the answer. Instructors were all very knowledgeable and brought very different perspectives. This course helps in all aspects of life and really helped me understand the benefits of a coaching environment.” Jennifer Baer, Edwards Lifesciences “This program educated me on the core skills needed to be an effective coach. It taught me the possibilities of a coaching culture and gave me the opportunity to practice my skills and develop with my peers. I was able to have a session with a professional coach. It has motivated me to implement a coaching culture in my team and be involved in the needs and hungers of my employees.” Spring 2008 Participant
