Housing Options & Rates

Chapman is proud to offer several housing options for students living on campus. Our interactive map illustrates the location of each of our residential halls and apartment areas. Click on the each marker for more information about each housing area. You will also find our housing rates sheet directly below the map.

Students living on campus also have access to several services and resources. Please note that all Chapman University housing options are co-ed. While students will be assigned to roommates and/or suitemates of the same legal sex, students may live next door or adjacent to a room/suite with students of another sex. In addition, the residence halls and apartments are smoke-free environments.

Rates

Our residence halls and apartments have their own pricing and the rates are broken down by occupancy level (single, double, triple occupancy). While students are billed per semester, the rates are shown per academic year. Housing costs for the residence halls also include the cost of a meal plan (meal plans are not included for students living in the Davis, Harris, or Glass Apartments).
