Here are some tips to help you get started:
- It is recommended to use a supported operating system to connect to the Chapman network. Microsoft currently supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7. Apple supports only OS/X 10.3 or higher.
- Keep your computer up to date by installing the latest critical security patches. You can download security patches at no cost.
- Have an anti-virus and anti-spyware software package installed on your computer and you must keep the anti-virus and anti-spyware data definition files up to date. Chapman provides antivirus software for all students who need it.
Also, there are two public access computers and a printer located in Henley Hall in the 1st floor study room and in the Sandu Residence Center on the 2nd floor straight out the elevator for student use.
