Facilities Management encourages administration, faculty, staff and students to make use of iServiceDesk, an online work request system that will make possible the submission of work requests for normal maintenance repairs for buildings and grounds. See the Overview to find out more about this work request system. Do not use this online work request system for any maintenance emergencies. For life threatening emergencies call 9-911 or 911. For emergency maintenance problems occurring after Facilities Management Office hours and during weekends, call Public Safety at (714) 997-6763. Office hours for Facilities Management are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To call us we may be reached at (714) 997-6658. Work requests having to do with computers, phones, or cable televisions should be directed to the Telecommunications Help Desk at (714) 744-7011 or you may email Telecommunications at telecom@chapman.edu. Residence Life Students -- Please note, submitting a work request gives university staff the right to enter your room, apartment, or house without prior notice to investigate and/or complete the work, even if you are not present. Submit an online work request to Facilities Management: ** This application requires the use of Internet Explorer; requests submitted by use of browsers other than Internet Explorer will result in a blank request sent to the application.
