Facilities Management encourages administration, faculty, staff and students to make use of iServiceDesk, an online work request system that will make possible the submission of work requests for normal maintenance repairs for buildings and grounds. See the Overview to find out more about this work request system. Do not use this online work request system for any maintenance emergencies. For life threatening emergencies call 9-911 or 911. For emergency maintenance problems occurring after Facilities Management Office hours and during weekends, call Public Safety at (714) 997-6763. Office hours for Facilities Management are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work requests having to do with computers, phones, or cable televisions should be directed to the Chapman Service Desk at (714) 997-6600 or you may email the Service Desk at servicedesk@chapman.edu. Residence Life Students -- Please note, submitting a work request gives university staff the right to enter your room, apartment, or house without prior notice to investigate and/or complete the work, even if you are not present. Facilities Management custodial services provide 24-hour full custodial and housekeeping shifts for all campus buildings and residence halls. The university recycling program is handled by custodial staff. Submit an online work request to Custodial Services:
