The Facilities Management department provides services for the set-up and coordination of special events. Special events include dinners, meetings, special forums, parties, concerts, and graduations. The event support staff will also provide assistance with storage, pick-up of material for shredding, residence hall turnovers and the loaning of boxes for office relocations.

To schedule specific rooms for your events, contact the Conference Services Office at (714) 997-6811 or the Calendaring Office at (714) 744-7061. When reserving campus rooms through the Chapman University Calendaring Office, you may at the same time schedule your event with Facilities Management Event Support by filling out the appropriate information located on the "Application for Calendar Date and Use of Facilities" form.

Be sure to schedule your events in advance to allow the set-up crew sufficient time to effectively prepare for your event and all other requested events in your time requirement. The Facilities Event Support team tries to provide service for last minute calls but, please understand, may not be able to satisfy your request.
