Use this form to submit a Change of Address for your Chapman University Residence Hall phone bill. It will send the request to telecom@chapman.edu.

**Phone bills are sent out around the middle of the month and payments are due by the end of the month. If you do not recieve your bill please contact our office at (714) 744-7011 or e-mail us at telecom@chapman.edu.
