TAKE THE SURVEY

A two minute online and/or printed survey. Media Services is interested in your comments about classroom audiovisual services. This survey form should make it easier for you to let us know about your classroom experiences.

The purposes of the Media Services Feedback Program are:

  • Evaluate quality of current classroom audiovisual services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify emerging needs and formulate plans for introducing new services.
  • Accumulate data to assist in prioritizing classroom renovation projects and service goals.
  • Record performance in support of the University's academic and institutional programs.
