Date and Time Settings for Microsoft Windows

If you are not able to access Webadvisor and you are getting the error message "For security reasons you have been timed out," the problem is most likely a Date and Time problem, or your browser may not be set to accept cookies (see Enabling Cookies for Your Browser).

Windows

  • Right click the time in the task tray.
  • (Located in the right-hand corner)
  • Then select Adjust Date/Time




  • Check and see if your date and time is correct.
  • Now select the Time Zone tab



  • Make sure Time Zone is Pacific.
  • Then click the "OK" button.
