Enabling Cookies for Your Browser

If you are not able to access Webadvisor and you are getting the error message "For security reasons you have been timed out." The problem is most likely a date & time problem,or your browser may not be set to accept cookies.

Internet Explore 6

If they are using Internet Explorer 6 click on Tools, "Internet Options".

 

Select the "privacy tab"

Click on advanced



Make sure that the "Override automatic cookie handling"box is unchecked.

If you make any changes here, make sure you click on "OK all the way out back to the browser.
