Space Improvement Work Requests

Request space improvements by downloading the Space Improvement Work Request Form (PDF). Print out and fill in all required information.  All Work Request Forms must be signed by the appropriate vice chancellor/dean for academic unit projects and administrative unit projects must be signed by the appropriate director/vice president.  Once signed, forward form to the chancellor (for academic unit projects) or to the COO (for administrative unit projects).

Campus Construction Group
In the Fall of 2007 Chancellor Struppa and EVP/COO Hewitt created the Campus Construction Group. The purpose of the group is to share information about upcoming construction projects, discuss in particular the relative priority of academic projects, and to consult about proposed summertime projects. The Group does not have decision-making authority but serves as an advisory body to the EVP/COO and the Chancellor.

The Campus Construction Group held its first meeting in November, 2007. The current members are: EVP/COO, Chair; Chancellor Daniele Struppa, Vice Chancellor Raymond Sfeir, Dean Don Cardinal, Dean Roberta Lessor, Dr. Drew Moshier, and Vice President of Campus Planning and Operations Kris Eric Olsen. In their consideration of these projects, the members act as university citizens, not as advocates for the groups to which they belong.
