Degree: BS, MBA

Brent graduated Magna Cum Laude in both his BA and MBA studies.  He was on the Dean’s list as well as Grey Key and was a member of Gamma Beta Phi Honors Society and Beta Sigma Delta. Additionally, he played on the men’s soccer team and was a nominee for Academic All-American honors.

After completing his undergraduate studies, Brent worked in special events for Chapman University's Office of University Advancement.  He helped to facilitate signature fund raising events such as the annual Economic Forecast and American Celebration. In 2005 Brent accepted a position at Burton, Livingstone & Kirk where he is currently employed as a marketing executive.

One of Brent's greatest gifts is his ability to network. He's enthusiastically believes that Chapman alumni should use their connections to help current students and fellow alumni advance professionally.  He is known for helping his friends and associates to make valuable connections.

In 2005 Brent was asked to serve on the Alumni Association Board of Directors.  He is a member of the executive cabinet and co-chairs the association's Council for Career Development.

Brent also volunteers with the San Francisco Solano Church.

Finally, Brent Shoji's online bio would clearly be incomplete if we neglected to mention that he is an avid Lakers fan and a "Mac Addict".
