Our Services The Leadership Services Program of Chapman University College Extended Education partners with organizations of every size and type to develop high performance leaders at every level.  Our innovative on-campus and custom on-site leadership development programs are presented by a team of talented “real world” instructors with solid business experience and specific subject matter expertise. Our certificate programs, seminars and workshops are noted for an experiential learning environment, data-driven material, and immediate results.

Our signature series includes cutting edge Leadership Development Certificates for three levels of business leaders - Supervisors, Managers, and Executives.

Leadership NOW, co-sponsored by Washington Mutual, is our monthly seminar series of interactive two-hour programs on current leadership development topics.

The Coaching Skills for Business Leaders Certificate Program trains leaders in practical strategies that positively impact employee engagement and retention, team effectiveness and organizational productivity.
