Liz Barbour, MAOL; has 25 years of experience in major corporations including Boeing, 3M and Rockwell, where she managed high impact human resource development projects, coached individuals and teams, and served as a Program Manager with the Boeing Leadership Center. Liz combines strong business acumen with a proven track record of successfully implementing organizational development initiatives. A natural teacher, she specializes in designing and delivering custom programs and practices a learner-centered approach. Since 2004, she has worked as a training consultant and certified business coach emphasizing leadership development, team building, and career and life transition. |

Jim Bauer, BS; is a management and organizational development consultant who specializes in leadership development that fosters trust, building results-driven teams, improving workplace productivity through effective communication, and work/life balance. Jim brings over 30 years of management experience with the Shell Oil Company to his clients. He has a proven track record of assisting a variety of organizations – from large corporations to local non-profits – achieve their desired results. As an instructor, Jim enjoys utilizing experiential learning and includes a variety of games and simulations in his custom training programs. He is also certified by FranklinCovey, Vital Smarts and DDI to teach many of their workshops. |

Michael Brown, BS; has been a business and management consultant since 1997, bringing over 20 years of corporate training and leadership experience with the Coldwell Banker Corporation to clients from a wide variety of industries. He specializes in innovative leadership development programs, custom executive/management retreats, high energy sales rallies, and experiential teambuilding. His creative programs are fun and interactive and feature a variety of mobile simulations, physical agility exercises, and games. Nahid Casazza, MBA; has been in private practice as a professional business coach for the last six years. Her unique background includes 15 years of corporate experience, degrees in both business and psychology, and 3 years formal training as a coach. She specializes in helping individuals overcome personal obstacles and advance professionally - whether that means moving to a better corporate position, taking a business to the next level, or completely re-assessing a career. Nahid is currently the President of the Orange County chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF). He created and taught the only graduate outplacement consulting course in the nation as an adjunct professor for Chapman University and taught in the graduate Career Counseling Program at UC San Diego. John Hester, M.Ed; has more than 20 years of management and executive level experience in operations, training, human resources, organizational development and information technology. He has been a business and OD consultant for five years and conducted over 1000 workshops for a wide range of corporate clients in the United States, Europe and Asia. His academic experience includes positions as Instructor with Brigham Young University in Hawaii and Adjunct Faculty at Clark College in Vancouver, WA. Jeffery Mueller, D.M; has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management with both large corporate employers and the US military.
