Financial Aid and Expenses
Ninety-five percent of Chapman University physical therapy students receive financial aid.
To request a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form call 1-800-4FED-AID or apply on-line at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Chapman University’s federal school code of 001164, must be provided to ensure we receive your information. For specific questions, contact Chapman’s Financial Aid Office at (714) 997-6741.
- The program consists of 125 required credits. For specific tuition information, please refer to the graduate catalog.
- The financial aid available to you includes Federal
Title IV Loans, private educational loans, Chapman University scholarships, and outside scholarships.
- 2009-2010 Tuition and Fees (fees are subject to change each year)
- Yearly tuition: $28,728 / $9,576 per trimester
- Wellness plan: $368
- Health Services: $200
- Parking: $280
- Student membership in the American Physical Therapy Association is recommended. The annual dues are approximately $75.00, which includes the journal of the APTA and newsletters from both national and state offices.
- Meals may be procured on and around campus at prevailing rates.
- Living expenses and transportation must be provided by the students.
- Students must have a health insurance policy for the period of the program. A health insurance program is offered through Chapman University. Direct questions to the Business Office at (714) 997-6617.
- Books and uniforms are approximately $5,000 for the entire program.
- Incidental supplies (research, CPR certification, immunizations, etc.) are additional and are to be incurred by the student.
