» Minor in Computer Engineering

In a time when even the most basic automobile is driven by millions of lines of code, the ability to embed computing devices into the smallest and most constrained environments is quickly becoming an invaluable skill across scientific and engineering disciplines.

Our minor in computer engineering prepares students to create low-level hardware systems that are real-time, safety-critical and capable of functioning with low power and unreliable connectivity. Regardless of what major it is paired with, graduates leave the program with an in-depth understanding of how computation can be used to augment and evolve other technologies.
