Credential File Checklist

Below are the items you will need to have in order for your file to be considered complete. Any missing items will slow the application process down and might affect your hiring potential.

CBEST Verification Score report
Verification of Subject matter competence (MS/SS/SPED)

Subject matter exams or
Subject matter preparation letter signed by appropriate official at the university or college where completed

RICA exam score report
Verification of Fingerprint Clearance

Certificate of Clearance document
Copy of Emergency permit
Copy of Teaching credential (Admin or PPS credentials only)
Copy of Preliminary Administrative Services or Education Specialist credential (Level II only)

Transcripts from Other Institutions
Verification of U.S. Constitution by either a course or exam
TB Test
Verification of three years of teaching experience (Tier 1 Admin Service only)
Verification of two years of experience as an Administrator or Teacher (Level II Education Specialist or Administrative Services only)
