Chapman University School of Law A.B. (with honors), Stanford University A.M. in Sociology, Stanford University J.D., Harvard Law School Luz E. Herrera received a B.A. in Political Science, with honors, and a M.A. in Sociology from Stanford University, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was a clinical instructor at the law school's Legal Services Center, providing transactional assistance to low-income clients, nonprofits and small businesses and an instructor in the law school's trial advocacy workshop. In addition to her teaching experience, Professor Herrera has a wide variety of practice experience, both before and after law school, including with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Southwest Voter Registration Education Project, the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, and the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office. |
