July 9, 2008 Seminar – How Leaders Build Trust

Behaviors that build trust, benefit people, and boost the bottom line

The ability to build trust has the potential to create unparalleled success for leaders at all levels of an organization.  However, "building trust' is a critical leadership competency that is often neglected, misunderstood or underestimated.  During the July 9th seminar, Jim Bauer will engage the participants in an experiential learning exercise called Achieve".  This fun, exciting, and fast moving simulation will identify behaviors that either build or destroy trust. Jim will discuss the impact of trustful leadership on employee productivity, organizational effectiveness and business success. He will present trust building behaviors that can be effectively used to develop quality relationships, increase harmony and achieve positive results.  Participants will also take a 360 degree web-based credibility survey during the seminar. The results can be utilized to develop a personal action plan to build trust with individuals within and outside their organization.

As a result of this interactive two-hour session, you will:

  • Directly experience the relationship between trust and results
  • Identify behaviors that build or destroy trust
  • Learn the impact on your organization or business
  • Participate in a credibility survey
  • Understand why and how to improve your credibility
  • Develop an action plan for building trust
