Sergei Babayan Concert Pianist
Chapman University Conservatory of Music proudly welcomes renowned concert pianist Sergei Babayan as visiting artist.
A recent piano recital by Mr. Babayan on March 25, 2008 was the inaugural event to celebrate his appointment as visiting artist for the 2008-09 academic year.

Anne Akiko Meyers Violin Master Class
Chapman Conservatory was pleased to present a Master Class by world renowned violinist Anne Akiko Meyers who also performed as soloist with the Pacific Symphony.
The master class was held on Tuesday, March 26, 2008 in the Conservatory of Music.

Linda Watson Soprano
The noted Wagnerian opera artist, Linda Watson, recently visited the conservatory of music and worked with Chapman singers.

Chapman University Conservatory of Music faculty gets international attention!
The Financial Times of London reviewed a recent concert that featured Chapman Conservatory of music faculty, members of Pacific Symphony, and the Chapman Chamber Orchestra. The concert, which was part of the eighth American Composers Festival, was Monday February 11th in Memorial Auditorium. The review praised music director, Daniel Alfred Wachs, pianist Dr. Grace Fong, Dr. Joseph Modica and the choir. learn more... |
