B.A., University of Washington; M.A., Ph.D., Ohio State University. 

Dr. Blaser is Professor of Political Science and has been on the Chapman faculty since 1981.  He received his Ph.D. from Ohio State University and his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law.  His major area of emphasis is law, international relations, and comparative politics, and his research and teaching interests include disability studies, human rights, and international nongovernment organizations.
