For those seeking to sell, solicit products or services of any kind, or distribute promotional materials, the following must be submitted to the Vending Coordinator no later than two weeks prior to the requested vending date:

Signed Vendor Agreement (required except for students or student groups) |

Copy of Business License and Sellers Permit (if applicable) |

Certificate of Insurance (if applicable) |
 |
Payment in full for all spaces |
Please complete the following:
1. Read our Vendor Information Packet for more information about Chapman's policies.
2. Complete our Vendor Contract.
3. Fill out our Online Application.
4. Once the application is completed, the vending coordinator will contact you for a copy of your Business License and Certificate of Insurance.
5. COI Information Packet (send this packet to your insurance providor to ensure that your COI will be in complance with Chapman University)
6. Submit payment.
7. Dates will be confirmed by the vending coordinator once everything listed above is submitted and the contract is approved. This process takes a minimum of two weeks.
