What is your favorite thing about Chapman?
My favorite thing about Chapman is the community. I like being able to walk around campus and know a majority of the people I see. I have to leave for class 15 minutes early because I love stopping to talk to the people I run into on my way. It is a very personal and close community; the professors know students by name. Also, the benefits of being in Old Town Orange, especially the local business in the Circle, are great!

What does Orientation mean to you? / Why do you love the program?
Orientation made me feel like I belonged at Chapman. It was a bit difficult transitioning to college, even though I am only 45 minutes away from home. I thought I was going to lose it when my parents left, but the opportunities Orientation provided me with helped me feel welcomed and at home at Chapman. I met some of my best friends through Orientation and experienced a lot of fun things while also learning about Chapman and getting acquainted with college life.

What is your favorite memory of Chapman?
My favorite Chapman memory is Homecoming 2008. I helped plan the halftime show and gathered OAs, new students I met during Orientation that fall, and other friends and brought them all on the field to dance to four songs in front of everyone at the game. It was crazy, but fun, and we got to watch the fireworks front and center.

Random fun fact.
Someone told me I always seem lost or confused, and I think I would have to agree.
