Wilkinson Interterm Research Experience (WIRE)
The Wilkinson Interterm Research Experience (WIRE) is a paid, four-week program held on campus during the January Interterm. It offers Wilkinson College undergraduate students (majors and minors) the opportunity to engage in hands-on research or creative activity under the guidance of a Wilkinson faculty mentor.

Engaging the World, Wilkinson College’s First-Year Foundation program, combines coursework and extra-curricular programming to promote mindful reflection and thoughtful dialogue around critical social issues of our times. The program encourages students to envision the previously unimaginable and bring disparate ideas together in new configurations, cultivating nuanced and informed responses to current social challenges.
