Begin with contacting Director of Student & Campus Life, Tami Otsuka, at otsuka@chapman.edu OR the Student Organization Assistants at studentorgs@chapman.edu to find out more information about the recognition process.

At the first meeting we will discuss your club's mission/goals, proposed activities, and any unique contributions your club would bring to Chapman University.
You will also be required to submit a club constitution for review (sample constitution) and if your club is high-risk, additional paperwork may be required for the Risk Management Office.

You will be given instructions on how to use the online student organization registration system, which you will use to complete your registration form and OrgSync website.
