How am I evaluated?

An Evaluation of Student Performance is mailed to the student’s internship site supervisor by the Career Development Center (CDC) mid-term. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that the site supervisor returns the evaluation to the CDC by the posted deadline.
Site supervisors are encouraged to review the evaluation with you as a constructive tool to enhance your work/learn experience. A copy of the completed evaluation is sent to your faculty internship advisor who considers this feedback when reporting a grade for credit. Credit may not be granted until this form is returned.

Notify the faculty internship advisor and the CDC of any unavoidable absences, change in job status, or if you experience any difficulties with the internship site/site supervisor. Notify the internship site supervisor and the CDC immediately regarding any changes in enrollment status.

If you would like a copy of the completed performance evaluation, bring your Chapman University ID to the CDC to make this request.
