How am I evaluated?

An Evaluation of Student Performance is mailed to the student’s internship employer by the Career Development Center near the end of the term. It is your responsibility to ensure the return of this evaluation to the Career Development Center by the posted deadline.
Employers are encouraged to review this evaluation with you in order to enhance what you learned. A copy of this completed evaluation will be sent to your internship faculty advisor who will use this when evaluating work and assigning credit. Credit may not be granted until this form is returned.

Notify the internship faculty advisor and the Career Development Center of any unavoidable absences, change in job status, or if you experience any difficulties with the internship employer. Notify the internship employer and the Career Development Center of any changes in enrollment status.

If you wish to receive a copy of your completed performance evaluation, bring your Chapman University ID to the Career Development Center and we'll make you a copy.
