Tuition

  • Full-time Rate (12-18 units): $28,415
  • Part-time Rate (1- 11.5 units): $1,765 per unit
  • Overload Charge (over 18 units):  $1,765 per unit
  • Pre-Health Post Bacc: $880 per unit
  • Interterm Tuition**: $1,765 per unit
**If the student is enrolled full-time in Fall and enrolled full-time in Spring, then the student can have up to 4 units at no cost during Interterm.

Room and Board

Chapman University will not be offering Board and Commuter Meal Plans for Fall 2020.

 

Residence Life and First Year Experience and Residance Life

First year students have a two-year housing requirement.  The requirement consists of students who enter Chapman University within one year of their high school graduation.  Students residing in residence halls are required to have a board meal plan, which is included in the total cost below.

    • North & South Morlan: Doubles

    • Sandhu: Suite shared bedroom
  • $10,200 per semester
    • Sandhu: Singles
    • Sandhu: Suite private bedroom

This cost includes the required board meal plan. Students select their board meal plan within their housing application.  


Board Meal Plan Options

  • $2,660 per semester: 10 Weekly Meals with 400 Panther Bucks
  • $2,660 per semester: 12 Weekly Meals with 350 Panther Bucks
  • $2,660 per semester: 14 Weekly Meals with 300 Panther Bucks
  • $2,660 per semester: 19 Weekly Meals with 250 Panther Bucks

Students can change their board meal plan selection, by sending email via their Chapman email to Residence Life or Student Business Services, through the end of the third week of each semester. Board meal plans expire every Fall and Spring semester. 


Chapman Off-Campus Apartments

Students, other than first year students, may opt for Chapman apartments (board plan is not required.)
