Welcome, graduate students. The Student Business Services Office is responsible for student billing and the collection of tuition, fees, housing and other student charges.      

Tuition and Fee Master Payment Contract (Mandatory): All students enrolled at Chapman University are required to have a completed Tuition and Fee Master Payment Contract on file with the Student Business Services, this is a onetime form.

Authorization to Release Student Information form: Student records at Chapman University are governed by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Chapman University is prohibited from providing student record information to third parties, such as billing, financial aid, educational records, etc. In order for the University to release student record information to anyone other than the student, the Authorization to Release Student Information form must be signed by the student. Student record information will only be released by departments authorized, and only to the individuals specified on the release form. Complete and submit the Authorization to Release Student Information form to either the Financial Aid, Registrar or Student Business Services.

 Important Information/ Dates

+ - Parking Fee

The parking fee is billed to student accounts at the time of registration. If you don’t intend to have a car on campus, please complete a parking waiver. The parking waiver deadline is February 18, 2018.

+ - Student Health Center Fee

Student Health Center Fee is a per-term fee that is optional for graduate students. The fee provides students access to Health Center and Counseling Services.

To purchase the Health Center access, please complete and submit a Student Health Request form.

+ - Student Health Insurance

Student Health Insurance  purchase is optional for domestic students. To purchase student health insurance, please submit a Student Health Request form.

Student health insurance purchase deadline is February 18, 2018.

+ - International Student Health Insurance Waiver

International Student Health Insurance Waiver:  International students are automatically billed for student health insurance. If you have coverage through an individual or family plan, you can waive the health insurance fee.

The International Student Health Insurance Waiver deadline is February 18, 2018.

+ - Rinker Health Science Health Insurance Waiver

Rinker Health Science Health Insurance Waivers: Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, and Physician Assistant Health Sciences programs are automatically billed for student health insurance. If you have coverage through an individual or family plan, you can waive the health insurance fee.

The Student Health Insurance Waiver for Rinker Health Sciences Students deadline is February 18, 2018.

Spring Tuition Payment Options

Pay your total tuition balance by December 20, 2018
2. Monthly Payment Plan

Pay your tuition & fees in 5 installments. Opt-in by December 20, 2018

*Spring payment plan enrollment will be available December 1, 2018
