The Office of Residence Life and First Year Experience supports students who are getting ready to attend Chapman University. In addition to assisting students with this transition, we provide academic, leadership, and social programming for First Year Students throughout the year. Residence Life and First Year Experience - If a student plans to live on campus, this site is a key resource to get questions answered. Over 90% of First Year students live on campus. Students who live in first year communities have a stronger connection to the university, are more successful in their classes, have higher graduation rates, a higher grade point average, and report a higher level of satisfaction with their university experience.

3-3 to Senior Legacy Giving

Through volunteerism and charitable giving, 3-3 to Senior Legacy is an undergraduate volunteer program that works to foster an undergraduate culture of “giving back” to Chapman and the community that will naturally transcend into students’ lives as alumni.
