Chapman Dance Alliance

Each year students within the dance department gather together to create a fully student choreographed and produced show called Chapman Dance Alliance. Through an audition process students were chosen for each piece and rehearsed the entire month of September. This exhibit follows the process from rehearsals in the studio, all the way to the final show days. Co-presidents Vicki Roan and Sammi Hurst along with the rest of the board worked as a collective to produce this amazing Chapman Dance Alliance show!

The 2018 study abroad photo contest hosted by the Center for Global Education is open to all students in the past year who participated in a semester study abroad, faculty-led Travel Course, or summer international internships. 10 winners were chosen based off 5 categories: Landscapes and Cityscapes, Local Culture & Community Engagement, Chapman Students Abroad, Learning & Interning Around the World, and Artistic Eye. Chapman allows students to further their education in almost every part of the world offering study abroad programs in a variety of academic fields. These pictures capture the life-changing experiences that allowed students to gain different global perspectives on political, economic, and social issues.
