The innovative 4,000 square foot Julianne Argyros Fitness Center creates a welcoming environment for the Chapman community. The Center's mission is to promote wellness and healthy lifestyles by providing a space to host a variety of exercise activities and physical education classes.

There are three Fitness Zones to meet all of your needs

Sharing the Fitness Center
The Fitness Center hosts Physical Activity (PA) courses for current students. The Fitness Center is open for use during PA courses; however, students enrolled in these credit-bearing classes will have priority use of certain equipment related to the course. If you are interested in registering for one of these courses, visit the registration information website.
The Argyros Forum Student Union hosts free, non-credit group fitness sessions each week! If you are interested in participating in group fitness, please visit the Student Union entertainment & services page.
Foot Traffic in the Fitness Center varies throughout the day and by month. The Center is usually busiest on weekdays between 4-7 p.m. 642 guests per day visit in September 2015, making it the busiest month. To avoid crowds, visit the Center on weekends or on weekdays before 8 a.m. and after 7 p.m.
