<p><span data-sheets-root="1">Dr. Yuxin Wen’s research centers on data-driven approaches for quality improvement, system fault detection, diagnosis, and prognostics in complex systems, with primary applications in manufacturing and healthcare. Her expertise includes machine learning, statistical modeling, and Big data analytics. Specific projects under investigation include system failure prediction, disease progression modeling, real-time prediction of inpatient length of stay to optimize hospital operations, and human movement recognition for activity and behavior monitoring.</span></p></bio-overwrite><scholarly-works-overwrite/><cv/><media-contact>pr@chapman.edu</media-contact><lecture-requests>yuwen@chapman.edu</lecture-requests><phone/><website/></item>
