<p class="s6"><span> </span><span class="s4">Dr. Kaur has</span><span class="s4"> supervised </span><span class="s4">70+</span><span class="s4"> students </span><span class="s4">and has mentored several </span><span class="s4">postdoctoral fellows and junior faculty. She</span><span class="s2"> has published </span><span class="s2">7</span><span class="s2">5+</span><span class="s2"> peer</span><span class="s2">-</span><span class="s2">reviewed articles, </span><span class="s2">authored f</span><span class="s2">our</span><span class="s2"> book chapters, and holds 3+</span><span class="s2"> </span><span class="s2"/><span class="s2">approved patents</span><span class="s2">. She has delivered 35</span><span class="s2">+</span><span class="s2"> </span><span class="s2">invited </span><span class="s2">talks</span><span class="s2"> nationally and internationally. She</span><span class="s4"> serves on review panel</span><span class="s4">s</span><span class="s4"> </span><span class="s4">for major funding</span><span class="s4"> agencies, including </span><span class="s4">the </span><span class="s4">National Institutes of Health and </span><span class="s4">the </span><span class="s4">Canadian Institutes of Health Research.</span><span class="s2"> She is an editorial</span><span class="s2"> board member of Scientific Reports and Pharmaceutics and has served on</span><span class="s2"> the </span><span class="s2">Long Range</span><span class="s2"> Planning Committee of the </span><span class="s2">American Chemical Society </span><span class="s2">Division of </span><span class="s2">Medicinal Chemistry.</span></p>
<p class="s5"><strong><span class="s8">Research Interests</span></strong></p>
<p class="s5"><span class="s2">Dr. Kaur's research focuses on medicinal chemistry</span><span class="s2">, with an emphasis on</span><span class="s2"> </span><span class="s2">peptide </span><span class="s2">engineering </span><span class="s2">for </span><span class="s2">the </span><span class="s2">development of therapeutics and diagnostics</span><span class="s2">. </span><span class="s2">Her group has made significant contributions to targeted drug delivery using engineered peptides and peptide-based platforms for biosensor development</span><span class="s2">.</span></p>
