+ - Undergraduate International Student Pre-Orientation

Monday, August 19, 2019:  EARLY MOVE-IN*

*Only for students who have registered by Friday, July 26 and received confirmation from Amanda Zamora

You are eligible for early move-in, 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. at your assigned residence hall.

If you arrive out of those hours, you can use the waiting area on the first floor at Davis Community Center. There will be snacks and drinks.

8:00-9:00 a.m. Optional breakfast at Cafeteria (Randall Dining Commons)

10:00-12:00 p.m. Check-in and Social Activities at Hashinger Science Center, SC 150

12:00-1:00 p.m. Lunch at Cafeteria (Randall Dining Commons)**

1:00-4:00 p.m. Workshop sessions at Hashinger Science Center, SC 150

**Breakfast and Lunch are only provided for students who check-in and participate in the workshop sessions.

Important Notes:

  • If you are not participating in early check-in for your housing assignment on August 19, you will have to check in at your designated time on August 21 (first year students) and August 22 (transfer students).
  • If you are a transfer student, Randall Dining Commons will not be available on Tuesday evening and Wednesday all day.
  • If you are assigned to Chapman Grand Apartment, there is a shuttle running to the main campus. Please refer to the schedule for the shuttle times.
