As part of the Office of Human Resources, the Talent Management Team works in collaboration with hiring managers to assess and fulfill their diverse staffing needs. On this page, you will find the resources for staff, administrator and academic professional recruitment actions. Regular faculty, lecturer and post-doctoral fellow positions are managed by Office of Faculty Affairs.


Once new and replacement positions are approved for recruitment, the Talent Management Team will prepare and post the recruitment for a minimum of five business days. Hiring supervisors will be informed by the Talent Management Team once the postings are available on the "Current Career Opportunities" page. They may request for the postings to be closed to further applications at any time after the five business days.

Successful completion and outcomes of criminal background checks are required for final candidates. Depending on the scope of responsibilities for the positions, certain positions require credit and/or driving record checks. Information on temporary staffing support can be found on this page.
