The IETL provides original and subscriber-based content to all full-time and part-time faculty through our Canvas Den, Teaching Resources from the IETL. The IETL Canvas Den will be available starting on July 1, 2020. 

Faculty members will find numerous resources related to:

  • Teaching Remotely 
  • Teaching in a HyFlex Environment
  • Pedagogical Resources including access to the 24/7 Magna Campus, our online professional development library of video and print materials
  • Assessments 
  • Teaching Inclusively 
  • Student Support

How to access the IETL Canvas Den:

  • Visit canvas.chapman.edu
  • Login using your Chapman credentials
  • Find Teaching Resources from the IETL on your landing page

If you have any difficulties accessing the IETL Canvas Den or do not see this Organization in your list, please email us using your Chapman email account. Access to Teaching Resources from the IETL Organization is limited to current Chapman faculty members, full-time and part-time.

The IETL Canvas Den (in the Pedagogical Resources Module) contains access to the 24/7 Chapman University Magna Campus, which gives all Chapman faculty on-demand access to the following subscriber-only resources from Magna Publications:

  • The 20-Minute Mentor series - video-based programs designed to answer a specific question related to teaching and learning. They deliver actionable insights in highly focused 20-minute presentations designed to fit busy schedules.
  • The Magna Commons - a library of the best of Magna's Online Seminars. Ranging from 30 to 90 minutes and covering a wide range of topics in teaching, learning, and administration, each seminar comes with a slide deck, transcript, handouts, and a certificate of completion for those who participate.
