Stephen Hinkle
Stephen Hinkle is an international speaker on disability who has spoken in 24 states plus Australia, for over 16 years. Stephen has experience as a person with autism, a former special education student, and as a professional with a masters degree in disability policy.
These three exceptional professionals will be acknowledged for having dedicated their lives toward improving the quality of life for people with disabilities.

Dr. Joe Donnelly
Dr. Joe Donnelly is a clinical professor of pediatrics at UC Irvine, and serves as Medical director of the Center for Autism & Neurodevelopmental Disorders. He has special clinical interest in providing support to families and caring for children with autism and other developmental disorders.

Linda O’Neal has 38 years of experience in education. She writes and implements local, state and federal grants focusing on young adults with disabilities. She is a strong advocate for programs providing transition, employment and support services for these young adults.

Dr. Richard Rosenberg
Dr. Richard Rosenberg has over 30 years of teaching and administrative experience. He is currently the regional manager for CaPROMISE (Promoting the Readiness of Minors in Supplemental Security Income), a federal research project supporting 14-16 year olds in becoming self-sufficient.

Additional Information



Guests can park in either the West Campus Parking Structure (WC) or in the Cypress Street Lot (CY).  Permits costing $3 for 4 hours can be purchased in each lot at the kiosk.  Permit vending machines accept $1 bills, $5 bills, coins and credit cards (MC, Visa, AMEX and Discover).  Vending machines do not give change.  Cars in Disabled spaces must display a valid disability placard in addition to a valid university permit.  Be sure to place the permit face up on your dashboard. Vehicles without permits or vehicles parking in restricted lots/spaces will be ticketed.  Parking is not permitted along city streets without a City of Orange permit.

An accessible Chapman shuttle will be available to transport you to and from the Musco Center if you prefer not to walk from the lot.  Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to provide enough time to park and walk or shuttle the short distance.  The walk from either lot takes approximately 8 minutes.
