» VPO Permit Registration

There will be a limited number of Villa Park Orchard (VPO) Permits available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration for these permits is closed at this time.  Registration takes place during the month of August prior to the start of each fall semester.

  • There is a flat fee of $70 for a Villa Park Orchard Permit.
  • Registrations will be timed stamped and permits issued based on the time stamp.
  • Student accounts will be adjusted to reflect the proper parking permit charge.
  • Faculty and staff can pay via Payroll Deduction or at the Cashier's Office. 
  • Those successfully registering for a permit will be e-mailed Instructions.


You will be registering for a 2016/17 parking permit for the Villa Park Orchard (VPO) Lot, and no other lot on campus, Monday through Friday.  On Saturdays, Sundays, and during the Summer break this permit can be used in the same area Commuter and Staff Permits are valid.  This permit is valid August 13, 2016 through August 11, 2017.

115 VPO permits will be available.  The registration portal for a Villa Park Orchard permit will open on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 9 a.m. (PST).  

  • The price for a Villa Park Orchard (VPO) Permit is $70.
  • Those eligible to purchase this permit type is based on the registration time-stamp.  The first 105 to register will be able to purchase a VPO permit.
  • If you have already paid the $370 fee, you will be reimbursed the difference between what has been paid and the cost of the VPO permit, upon return of the $370 permit.  Student winners will receive a credit to their student account.
  • E-mail notification will be sent to those who qualify to purchase a VPO Permit.
