The Executive MBA (EMBA) is offered to ambitious mid-career managers and executives. Students will gain the skills and intellectual confidence to lead in a competitive marketplace with a structured curriculum designed to benefit their organization immediately. Official GMAT, GRE or Executive Assessment (EA) score
- Waived based on work experience and interview
- Applicants are not typically required to take the GMAT, GRE or EA exam. In some cases, the admissions committee will ask that a candidate take one of these tests to provide additional evidence of academic readiness. Candidates who are asked to take a test are encouraged to take the Executive Assessment which is specifically designed to evaluate the business school readiness of seasoned professionals. The assessment focuses on skills that are critical both at work and in an EMBA program: higher order reasoning, critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving. Because it was designed specifically for experienced professionals, it requires modest preparation, takes only 90 minutes to complete, and includes flexible rescheduling options. Contact Chase	Chase joined Charles Schwab in 2011 with the aspirations of helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of their finances. He quickly worked his way up through the ranks and is now a VP-Financial Consultant, based out of Charles Schwab Brea office. In his current role he manages his client’s investments, provides comprehensive financial planning and advises them on all aspects of their financial lives. Chase earned received a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with concentrations in Business and Communications, from Arizona State University and completed an Executive MBA at Chapman.

Contact Kristle	Kristle serves as Chief Operations Officer for Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast overseeing all direct service models for the organization, including quality of programs, relationships with community stakeholders, and the implementation of the organization’s long-term growth plans. She joined Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast in 2013, drawn to the idea of making a difference and the prospect of professional mentorship. During her time at the Club, Kristle has learned about aligning organizational development with successful execution strategies and has taken a leadership role in various initiatives. Kristle is pursued her Executive MBA at Chapman University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Literary Journalism from the University of California, Irvine.
Contact Laurie	Laurie M. Grijalva, EMBA alum from Chapman University’s Argyros School of Business and Economics, class of 2020, is the Chief Merchandising Officer at Boot Barn, Inc. Since her tenure at Boot Barn in 1993, Laurie has transformed the business from a small retail chain operating just a handful of stores in three states, to the national leader in the western and work industry with over 250 stores in 31 states. Laurie also played a pivotal role in taking the company public under the name BOOT in 2014, and had the pleasure of ringing the Bell at the New York Stock Exchange alongside Boot Barn’s CEO and CFO. Laurie enjoys mentoring and empowering young women by teaching them how to write a competitive resume, adequately prepare for job interviews, and successfully enter the job market with a competitive advantage.
