» Creative Supplement

Undergraduate applicants with extraordinary talent who intend to apply for an academic major within the departments of Art (excluding Art History), Dance, Dodge College of Film & Media Arts, Music and Theatre must submit a Creative Supplement for review by the department and faculty. Each department, as well as program of study, has specific requirements; please thoroughly review all instructions.

Applicants submitting a Creative Supplement are expected to demonstrate artistic talent at a level beyond what is normally exhibited. Submission of a Creative Supplement neither guarantees nor commits a student to participate in the arts if admitted.

*The Creative Supplement is for prospective first year and transfer students ONLY. Current Chapman students should not use this application. Please contact the department you are applying to for more information.
